I’ve taken the Samsonite Luggage on many international flights, and it has held up extremely well. The hard shell is very durable and has protected my belongings through all kinds of handling. The spinner wheels make it super easy to navigate airports, and the expandable feature is a huge plus when I need a little extra room. The only issue I encountered was during a trip to Singapore when one of the wheels fell off. Luckily, there was a Samsonite service center nearby, and they repaired it in just 30 minutes for $35. It was a quick and easy fix, and the luggage has been performing perfectly ever since. Overall, I highly recommend this suitcase!

The color in pictured isn’t at all the same purple. The purple that I received was a more muted metallic purple (thank goodness). I was worried that it would be a super bright purple like in the picture but I was buying it last minute (4 days before my trip) and it was used and I wasn’t sure that I’d receive it in time so I didn’t have time to be too picky. Thankfully, I received it in time to disinfect it and let it dry before I packed my clean clothes in it. I was pleasantly surprised by the color. It took a beating by the baggage handlers (as do all the luggage) and came out looking as fresh as a daisy at our destination. My daughter’s hardside luggage was small enough and light enough to be a carry-on but we checked it anyway and it was cracked when we got it back (it was an off brand and I only bought it because she insisted on having a pink luggage and it had to be a specific pink color; I bought hers used a couple years ago). My luggage was easy to maneuver around in a crowded airport and I expect it to last awhile because my other Samsonite luggage has lasted about 8 years and is still going strong. This hardside has a zipper down the middle so when you open it and try to have one side up, stuff on the other side will fall if it’s not zippered/strapped in. So, you have to open it with both sides down (obviously). Overall, I really like this luggage.

Very sturdy. Spins and rolls well. Handle feels a bit wobbly. Love the color!

This product is fine. Have yet to use but appears to be what was advertised. Hopefully it lives up to use as most have experienced. The shipping however was delayed twice with no explanation or correspondence why. Had to reach out to Amazon Support myself to manage delivery. Otherwise, it would not have arrived in time for trip the luggage was needed for, and I ordered WELL in advance. Came in barely in time.
