Q: Can this be used under the hood of a vehicle for better sound deadening?

Yes. You need to make sure and clean and prep under the hood before you paint. I used this to do the very same thing, and it worked great

Q: could you use this on exhaust?

Yes! As long as your exhaust never gets hotter than about 100 degrees Fahrenheit then you’ll be fine

Q: Would this work for the interior head liner?

I used it on almost every surface on the inside of my car. It was a bit hard to spray upside down so use light coats but it works

Q: If I spray this under the doghouse in my rv, will there be fumes when the engine heats up on the road?

depends on temperature. this product is combustible so I would not advise spraying it ANYWHERE near high heat or flames
