3 way lighting
A friend of mine had his doing some work for me and I was admiring it. I liked his so much I wanted (and needed one).It's slightly pricey but the quality, durability, and overall features make up for it in the long run. it is very versatile, and unique to me since I have NEVER seen one like this.I also like the fact that it is detachable into three seperate flashlights in case I choose to use various rooms in case the power goes out; especially in bad weather.The ONLY issue I have is (and I didn't know this until I read the pamphlet) the fact that it uses nine triple A batteries total; three apiece. Good thing I am in walking distance of a cheap (kinda) store.Overall, I recommend this item to anyone in need. Cheap flashlights are ok but and I hope this holds true for this tripod flashlight; sometimes price don't always equal quality...it's a toss up.
