They are 250 watts RMS I wouldn’t buy a amp bigger then the sub needs go with 300 watts or less per sub in my opinion.

What amp should I get for 2?

I would recommend rock fosgate 500watt amp or as the test runs on the amp 660 watts

Can I wire these woofers to a Rockford prime 500.1 amp?

I would say no, a 15" comp can only take 330 peak.
