Not for all toilet seats
It did not work for mine. But it may work for a small toilet seat

I really live this! Quality : Iam nervous about washing, after looking at other reviews. I will place into a lingerie Bag, in Cold water, Gentle cycle, no Dryer, if I need to Wash it. Usually, it's the Dryer that does the Damage. I would order another, & recommend, but also say, don't put in Dryer, & perhaps place in a lingerie bag. Ease of use: I couldn't at first get it to fit, but kept working at it, & it finally went on. THW Material is thick enough. You probably wouldn't want it any thicker.

Returned. It was nice and soft and fit on my toilet lid well, but the color was off. It was a darker pink than I was expecting and it didn’t match my other pink decor.

The toilet seat cover is held on with an elastic casing, so it doesn't have to be sticky
