Q: What is the exact purity and are there additives?

I’m not sure of the purity and additives of this product but I used it to remove the wiper blades scratches on my car windshield. It would have cost me a lot if I went to a body shop. Now my car looks great. It’s a great product for removing scratches on car windshield. It took time but it works.

Q: Can this be used to remove black burned stains from a glass cooktop? Nothing else I've tried seems to work.

The Cerium Oxide may work depending upon if the stains are just on the surface of the glass or if the burn stains are actually in the glass. Cerium Oxide will only remove the surface stains/scratches on glass.
