SCRATCHES GONE!!!!!!!!
WOW, JUST... WOW. during the last hurricane I ended up with NASTY Sand scratches in the wind shield of a new car. I Looked around and decided to go with Gordon Glass. OH MY GAWSH.... 30 minutes into the polishing and I was "trying hard" to find the main scratch, kept at it for another 15 minutes and I cannot see any imperfections. I cannot express how happy this made me. Follow the instruction videos. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT GLASS POLISHING equipment.

Works on scratches, just messy
Works well on glass scratches. Messy to clean up around panes on windows.

it works but needs instructions
need to do research before buying since this does not come with instructions so people who buy this should know what they're doing. you need to dilute this to a paste consistency (almost toothpaste) and keep the felt wheel drill bit damp with spray bottle while buffing the scratch using the edge of the wheel (not the head). takes about 15-20 mins of constant buffing, cleaning off, reapplying, repeat to remove a fairly deep scratch on my passenger rear window 3" long... there is a hairline scratch remaining but I am sure if I put more work into it (another 10 mins), it will be completely gone but I am not that picky.

Does not work
Ended up having to replace my windshield.I used as directed and would you believe I ended up with worse scratches than what I began with?! I’m sure this could work for some people but know that it is a gamble and you might end up with results you weren’t hoping for. My scratches were very light, you couldn’t even feel them when you ran your finger over them. After I was done using the product it looked like a cat had filed it’s nails over my windshield.

Did not worked for my windshield scratches at all but i used it on my headlights and it did an amazing job at restoring those!!!

use an oscillating tool with felt pads is the trick
worked for my sons 2004 windshield that had wiper marks in it. As long as your fingernail doesnt catch it works. My 15 yr old son did it. Took about about an hour for the drivers side waiting for better weather for the passengers. Mix it 2 parts water one part powder and it forms what looks like clay. I used a spoon to impress it on the felt pad(oscillator attachment not the felt wheel included). Set the tool for max and went to work. Use till drying and then spray water from a regular spray bottle on it and continue. Wipe and clean and inspect.
