If you are like me, you rarely remember to buy buttermilk, but when you bake something asking for it, you want the true buttermilk taste... if that's you, then this is the answer! Easy to measure and use plus has that yummy tangy buttermilk taste. This is a great item with long life in refrigerator. Great purchase and you will be pleased.

A high quality product that I have used for a few years. An excellent ingredient for bakers when buttermilk is needed or desired in a recipe. Easy to mix. Excellent results. Much better and more convenient than buying containers of buttermilk.

Good choice to have buttermilk on hand.
Have used this same product, stores long term as it is a dry product. Mix with water as needed. Old container was 16 ounces, New one is 12 ounces but still a bargain.

Arrived Broken!!!!
This item was torn open & half spilled in the box - therefore - it is NO GOOD to us - it needs to be replaced to us. This is an expensive item & do not want to have this on us. THANK YOU. Everything else in the package arrived safely.
