Best alternative to steel pans n non stick pans
Unlike steel food is not getting sticked everytime. It's not a replacement of your non stick pan .. but it works like a non-stick if good amount of lubricants (ghee,oil,butter) is used. Handle is very long made of steel, hence not getting hot. Easily used for making eggs recepies, halwa, sabzi, pasta, bread sandwich etc. Food cooks faster n most important it's really very easy to clean unlike non-sticks where oil residues are left on corners.
