I am always on the lookout for good fish oil and this product is very good. It is a strong product at 1200mg with a relatively high (compared to my normal brand of fish oil) 240mg DHA and 360mg EPA. The price is okay given the strength levels. Overall this is a good product that delivers a good dose of Omega 3. Overall it offers good value and I am happy to recommend it.
