Tips for stabilizing? It's wobbly, and if my 75lb lab doesn't go down it perfectly straight before jumping in it falls over. The legs want to float.

Make sure legs are filled with water and firmly in pace first and get the brackets they sell for stabilizing…. They work well for my malinois 💕

can this be used off a dock into a natural lake?

Good afternoon, if there was a way to keep the ramp afloat halfway submerged in the water that would be best. This Pool Bundle, requires the legs to touch the floor of the pool. We are experimenting with a few different options right now including using some buoys that mount to the threads under the ramp. Yes, the PetStep ramp could absolutely help your pup into your bed! Many owners have done just that. Bear in mind that it is 70" long when unfolded.

Can this be used outside the pool? My dog has trouble getting up the ladder into the pool, would this work the other way around to help him get in?

So the pool legs themselves are approximately 24" long, so the end of the ramp would be 24" off of the ground on the outside of the pool. If you can get your dog up to the ramp - two feet - either with steps or by lifting, it would absolutely allow him or her to use the ramp from the outside of the pool to get into the pool. My only concern is that it doesn't sound like you've got a deck around the pool. Without a deck your pup wouldn't have anywhere to stand once they've reached the top of the ramp.
