Probably going to be buried with it.
I've fallen in love with this maker. I've built a small collection with this one as one of my favorites. It is razor sharp and nicely flexible. It is strong and has a good size, well made handle.Down side: you'll probably gain weight from wanting to use this knife every night to cut up then consume some good meat. Pro tip: get a sous vide machine.

Sharp and flexible - exactly as a filet knife should be.

Good Quality, Cost Effective
It is a good quality fillet knife. Yes, there are others that may be much better at holding an edge, but at this price-point this one is a good deal.

Good filet knife
Needed a larger filet knife for Blue Fin Tuna so I decided to give this one a try. Worked out pretty good.

Get Fileting
This knife is well balanced and super sharp. The handle might be a bit thick for some people but the grip feel is so good that it makes up for it. There will be no problem handling this and maneuvering to make the perfect cut and filet. I have used this for fileting and for trimming brisket. In each case it worked perfect and allowed me to make the perfect cuts I wanted to get the most out of my selected cuts. The knife itself is a beautiful design with the orange handle and black blade. It is long so be sure you know how much knife you need and get the right size for you. I have had no issues with this knife and it is my go to for trimming and fileting.

Necessity for trout fishermen
Very flexible. Extremely sharp. Glides easily over bones. Great filet knife for trout and catfish. Grippy handle keeps the knife from slipping in wet hands. My second processing knife of this brand. Definitely recommend.

Great knife!
The knife arrived as sharp as I would expect. A few swipes with the sharpener and it was razor sharp and ready to go. I for one prefer the stainless steel over the more expensive carbon steel found on some more expensive knives, as I can quickly tune up the edge much easier with stainless than with carbon steel. Every few fish I just run it through the sharpener a few times and I'm back in business. I have an average sized hand, and the handle fit me just fine. Fillet and skinned eight trout, and the knife performed flawlessly. As of right now, I can't find anything about this knife that I don't like. The knife I purchased was the 7 inch fillet. Worked great for small to medium size trout (12"-19")
