I am very pleased with it so far. Was very easy to put together. I actually put it together by myself. I’m sure it’s easier with two people but I was able to do it. The only issue why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the multicolor light isn’t working. The regular light works but the multicolor button won’t change the colors. I’ve reached out to her seller but no response yet.1/10/24Customer service came back and said there is no color changing button. Then why does the listing have a video that shows it has color changing light? Non response back on that.

The sauna and cold plunge arrived damaged. I was supposed to be a dealer for them. They didn’t care to get it working for me for me to sell the saunas for them. For a couple months I begged them to fix it or have someone help as it’s just been a mess on the showroom. They have a warehouse and service staff just 40 min away and refuse to come over. They refuse to refund or be helpful. Their product is flimsy, cheap materials, poorly constructed wood that is cracked and very very thin. The clasps dont work well and hold the unit together, the heaters don’t fit in the glass holes cut out for them. The door doesn’t shut. The lights inside don’t work. Fully connected it takes over 90 minutes to reach 100F and does not go much higher. Not good for a sauna to be same as body temperature. The bench inside was broken off and could see they used 4 different length and type of screws out of the 5 needed for the bench. Poor craftsmanship. 2 of the screws weren’t long enough to go into the wood back well enough to hold so it split the panel all the way up. This is how it arrived to me. I wouldn’t recommend working with this company.

I am giving this product 5 stars for the good quality and the details as the pictures showed. The thick wood and cords made me feel reliable and safe. The quality is better than expected at this price.

Great health product! easy to be assembled, pack well, fit anywhere in the house, I always set the temperature at 55 degree, which can make me sweat whilst listening to the music, using 4 times a week, great product to take out the toxin in my body,and most lovely, lose my weight!
