Do the lid covers stay on while riding?

We have not had them on there while riding but we did have them on there when we trailered it and they did not move. I hope that helps.

Will they cover 11 long by 7 wide by 8 deep speakers?

These are for covering the the saddle bag lids…I have Hertz 6x9 speakers in my lids and they cover them find.
