Good fit
It was an exact fit on my truck. Very easy to put on. The only thing wrong was there was no spacer on the wire cable had to cut the old one off and put it on the new one.

Comes with a quick connection wire harness that is accessed inside of door
I have no quality complaints about the mirror, just 1 engineering complaint. After installing my mirror onto my truck and putting everything back together the wiring done by the manufacturer was/is crossed. My up and down control work correctly but left and right are reversed. I am talking about mirror angle controls. The heat element works just fine and as long as my OCD stays in check, so does the position motor. If i ever have to get another one i will test the button controls before I put door panel back together!

Gets the job done for cheap but be aware
The appearance and packaging is top notch. Unfortunately I needed to paint the mirror cover prior to installing it to my truck. Only after the installation did I realize that this replacement mirror isn’t wired correctly like my broken OEM mirror. Up=up, down=down, left=right, right=left. This is not a deal breaker because I’m the only one driving this truck. I don’t feel like tearing the door back down to diagnose and re-pin the connector correctly but it would be great if they would furnish the info to make it work correctly. Broken factory mirror was 23180083
