So far a very good purchase. Taking this and magnesium to prevent violent calf cramps that usually happen if I point my feet in a yawning stretch—often when I’m sleeping or am just waking up. The kind of cramp that makes you punch at the muscle to get it to unlock or, if you’re lucky, lets you unwind it by rocking onto your heel and pointing your foot upward if you can stomach the extra suffering. So far I haven’t experienced the cramps since taking the product. In the meanwhile, the product tastes pleasant enough and you can tell a great deal of effort was given to provide a quality product. The price was reasonable enough to make me want to experiment with it to see if it would help and not feel bad if it didn’t. The dropper makes it extremely easy to add to a drink of just take orally and chase with a beverage. Planning on buying more of the product so as not to run out. Give it a try.

My wife has been suffering from horrendous cramps at night in her feet & legs. The Dr didn't want to prescribe quinine, but told her to drink tonic water which has quinine in it. Makes sense huh? Well the tonic water was so bitter she could not stand to drink it. Just out of curiosity I searched Amazon & found this bottle & instantly purchased it for her. It is an all natural product that comes from the bark of trees, is easy to use & has a very unique sweet flavor as well. She has been taking it before bed & after just 3 days is no longer experiencing the pain & cramps. What a blessing this has been for her to get some relief & some sleep without waking up in agonizing pain. Just a FYI, I we had been using Theraworx foam which is magnesium & it helped a lot, but you can make your own & save tons of money. It's basically epson salt! She had also been using instant release magnesium tablets that you dissolve under your tongue & they also helped with the cramps, but so far the quinine has been the most effective solution for her! Note: my pharmacist said the doctors are very careful about prescribing quinine any more because it causes heart Arrhythmia in some people, so if you try this product & start having heart problems discontinue it's use & see your doctor. Or if you already have heart issues talk to your doctor before taking any of this kind of product!

I have been using this product to aid with leg cramps and find that it is very helpful in reducing the amount and length of leg cramps.

I found a great tonic water in Australia (Nexba) but wanted a bit more quinine flavour in it so bought this after checking the reviews that gave a bit of a vague idea that it might be the go and well.. it arrived this morning and I am totally stoked at the five star flavour of my fave tonic water with three drops of quinine in it - i might even go two drops next time, it's pretty good alright!
