Amazing product
One of the awesome food processors available in the market with lid lock to avoid spill and high power motor with multiple jars for home use, I have been using Philips for more than 10 years but this is much better than that

Within 2 weeks the Mixer has stopped working. This has been a very bad experience. Can Amazon arrange service?

Awesome quality and saftey
I took this after a good research and the quality of the product is very good which has a great saftey feature of circuit breaker which doesn't allow the machine to turn on if the jar is either not perfectly closed or not properly Locked. The jars are also of decent quality and mixer has copper windings in motor. The jars do get hot upon the short usage of 3-5 minutes.
