Supplements, Vitamin D-3 10,000 IU Softgels, 240 Softgels

I’ve been taking this Vitamin D3 supplement for several weeks, and I’m very pleased with it. The capsules are easy to take and fit perfectly into my daily routine. I like that Vitamin D3 supports healthy bones, muscles, immune function, and overall wellness.

I bought the NOW Vitamin D3 for my son after he went to the doctor because he was having trouble sleeping and just wasn’t feeling like himself. His doctor did bloodwork and found that his vitamin D levels were very low. He really doesn’t spend much time outside, so that probably wasn’t helping. Since he started taking these, he says he’s been sleeping better and feeling happier and more like himself. Of course, everyone is different, and I’m glad his doctor checked his levels and recommended that he address the deficiency. I like that these are easy to take, and NOW is a brand I feel comfortable buying. Just make sure you follow your doctor’s recommendation for the right dosage, especially since some NOW D3 products are high potency. The 10,000 IU version, for example, is specifically labeled as a high-potency supplement. So far, we’re very pleased with them and will definitely keep them on hand!

This is a wonderful product. I have been using this for many years now. I have multiple sclerosis and this supplement helps me keep my vitamin D levels in a good range. They are small and easy to swallow and have no funky smell. I take one a day, so this bottle of 120 softgels lasts me for about 4 months. Highly recommend.

I just received this product yesterday. I knew it was high potency, but I didn't realize this was not a supplement to take daily. The bottle directives are to take one capsule every three days, or as directed by a physician. This is a liquid filled capsule, small, and easy to swallow. Quality seems to be great.

I take one a day and if I skip a day or so I start feeling ankle pain again. Damaged it years ago playing ball and I don’t take any pain meds. These are the only thing I’ve found that actually helps me. Lots of studies coming out now showing good benefits of vitamin D3 and I’ve been taking 10,000iu daily for years. Great stuff.
