I rarely write reviews and I honestly should be writing more! I was in adrenal fatigue for the longest time due to school stress, owning a business stress and found a holistic practitioner who recognized and felt I should start with my adrenals and gut health first. My primary focus is health and infertility which I have now had for 2 years and trying to avoid synthetic methods prescribed by the health system and trying to heal naturally. Going on— I tried this product and after 3 weeks my cortisol results went from high to normal testing with both blood and urine. I stayed on it for several months. I found that I went from craving the supplement to not needing it at all. So I stopped taking it when I felt I was good and I slowly began incorporating a healthy weight lifting routine. As I did this, my cortisol levels went back up, likely because being in adrenal fatigue for so long and only taking this for 6 months I craved the supplement again to help me with my weight loss and health goals and maybe pushed myself too hard—-although introducing a healthy stress. I am ordering my 8th bottle and plan to take it again until my cortisol levels are normal with my new regimen. Hands down I recommend this to anyone. Know that your body will guide you— it may seem addictive at first because your body needs it, but at some point your body will no longer crave it, that is is the beauty of this as the body heals. Keep it in your collection at all times, it really provides excellent stress support. 100% recommend!

All Energetix products are top quantity. I use various ones and love them all. Adrenapath is a very gentle way to support the adrenals with no jittery feelings. Happy to see some of them on Amazon.

I mostly notice sleep quality improves. I sleep much longer wo waking when I take it b4 bed instead of waking every 2-3 hours, and notice the same w other high end adrenal supplements like AdrenalStability, a capsule form that works VERY well.Hope this helps

It's been a stressful year and this definitely helps me de-stress and rest. Tastes good and doesn't upset my stomach, would recommend.
