Bedtime Favorites-3rd Edition (Storybook Collection) Hardcover – Picture Book, September 6, 2016

We read these stories to my baby before bedtime and they're all super cute. The ONLY thing that bothers me is that the edges of the pages are decorated in this silver paint stuff and its caused a lot of the pages to stick together. Sometimes it take us a minute or two to unstick all of the pages.

My kids love story time. I felt it was a little over priced but after you receive it, you really feel the quality of the book and the binding. Most importantly, it takes familiar disney characters and puts them in situations where they are going to sleep. I yawn every time I read it to my 4 year old and 6 year old. They are nice stories for bedtime and the pictures capture the attention of my little ones. A good buy! I wish I caught the sale on Prime day.

Beautifully made and illustrated book. Well worth the money

This is an enjoyable book for both kids and parents. The mix of narrative and illuatrations is just write unlike other 5 minute stories that span 3 or 4 pages with mostly narrative and seem to never end. One story that I would recommend skipping if your kids are 4 or younger, is the one about the shadow of captain hook--I had two children scared of the dark that night and waking up in middle of the night also feeling scared. Heck that shadow of captain hook spooked me!! Lol otherwise I would highly recommend this book.

Gorgeous book full of Disney characters, can't wait to read it to my kid.👍👍

It says for ages 5 to 8 years but I bought this for my 3 yr and it is certainly suitable. The stories are simple and short tellings of each protagonist and their bedtime struggles. This way it doesn't wear out Mom and Dad when your child wants just 1 more story please... The illustration is colourful and plentiful enough to allow continuity and improvisation without reading the text.The challenge I faced however, reading this to a younger child is that she was not able to understand the premise of all the stories as she hasn't seen all the movies at her age. The book has a good mix of the newer pixar movies like Tangled, Big Hero 6, and the older animated movies like Sleeping Beauty, Bambi And Peter Pan. For eg., she didn't quite understand "walking the plank" with the crocodile and captain hook or Peter Pan having not seen the movie yet. For her age, it might have been easier if I had gotten the 5 min bedtime series dedicated to a specific character such as Winnie the Pooh 5 Min stories as a starter book to this 5 min series.

What a beautiful book this is. It has a vividly coloured cover and has Silver...shiny guilding on the closed book page edges. The illustration colors throughout are very rich and intense. Each story is geared towards a sleepy outcome. These illustrations are just too beautiful! I am a 65 year old that got this for myself for these beautiful classic Disney illustrations! I will be getting more as gifts now! A Disney classic quality book in many ways.

I’m not sure who likes this book more.. me or my daughter lol the stories are great, I couldn’t believe the variety of Disney movies that were incorporated in this, animation great, the pages are a little thin but overall I highly recommend this. Love it love it love it!
