I was used to the old-school ace-bandage type wraps and these wrap and hug you knees as well as those, and stay in place better due to the Velcro. No more re-wrapping after the second set. Other products I have tried were thicker and restricted free movement, these do not have that issue. The Velcro patch is not too big so the wrap is more elastic than others with larger Velcro patches. I have found the strap length to be appropriate. Highly recommend this product.

This is not so much a review of the brand but more about the wrap itself. 52 yrs old. On and off wannbe strength trainer. I recently started strength training again. I guess old age is catching up to me. Knees click when i straighten them. Slight pain when squatting. It got to the point that i would have major pain as i would get to my working set. 3 sets of 5. the last 2 reps were excruciating pain. In right knee. I started to emphasize the left leg to try to take some weight off the right side. After a set, i would set down and the pain would slowly subside. No pain at all on off days and at the beginning of work out. All the way to the working sets. I tried a knee wrap, sleeve thing. It felt worse. I had missed a workout though so i don't know if it was from the sleeve or the missed workout. But it was very bad. Next workout was back to normal, very painful but not as bad as with the sleeve. I bought these wraps. I didn't use them for the warm up sets. last warm up rep was 20% less than my working 3 sets of 5. I put the wraps on both knees. OMG. NO PAIN. the first set was amazing. I could feel the additional assistance that the wraps give but the main thing is that it was Pain free squats. I literally started smiling during the set. The 2nd set i started feeling a slight pain again. i took it off and re wrapped a little tighter. Bam, no pain. I hope this continues as i continue to add weight. This review is about the wraps. I don't now if it was from the brand or if any wrap would have given the same result. i will never do max wieght reps again without putting these wraps on. I hope someone that is having pain reads this and trys and i hope it works for you also. To be able to focus all on the effort of lifting the heavy weight instead of focusing on, OMG is this going to hurt more. it was something i had forgotten about and it was so nice to get back.

Knee wrap works better than expected, it gives enough support to my knee and it's comfortable so I can do squats and any leg excercise with no issues at all.

Sturdy and provides great compression, but unfortunately the sizing is wrong for my legs. The velcro needs to be longer or the wrap needs to be longer in order to fit larger legs.

Good fit! I use it to help with my patella on my right knee that hurts. So far this has been the BEST!!!!
