They work! The swelling in my ankles & feet due to heat & humidity are very much under control. Much more comfortable than those that go to the knee, especially in the heat.

Unfortunately, have had to buy these twice. Foot sprain last year and then a more serious sustentaculum tali calcaneal fracture this year (risks of doing parkour when post menopausal, I suppose).These are great. Good support, easy to put on, hold up well to laundering and heavy use, unobtrusive.Sizing may be an issue. I’m a size 6 women’s foot and the small is pretty snug - wide short foot. I wear it over a sock and under a Swedish lace up brace and it actually feels more supportive than a CAM walker boot.Fits easily in many normal shoes.Cheap enough to wear a fresh one every day, like socks. Five stars from this orthopedic surgeon. Bone broke, me fix, these help.

Fits large, no compression felt

These work well with my athletic shoes, or sandals. My doctors recommended compression socks after surgery for a severely broken femur. I'm so glad I started wearing them, it's made a huge difference in the progression of my recovery.I did have to wait a couple of weeks after ordering these before the swelling in my ankle reduced enough for me to get them on. I use them on a rotating basis with knee length compression socks and find this works best for my current needs.

I recently rolled an ankle, which I do every season between volleyball and softball. I was looking for a new compression sock to wear in order to help with the swelling.The XL fits great on size 13 feet. They are very comfortable and stretchy. The different direction pulls really put good pressure all around the foot. The edges are not lumpy and do not press in to the skin anywhere. They are just comfortable and natural feeling whi8le providing constant, even pressure. I love them. I use them every time I play either sport now and all day if I have an injury.

Was looking for relief from ankle pain. Read reviews on Amazon found this one item. I like it because you can still wear your shoes or boots while wearing. It has help my ankle pain a great deal.

If you have wide feet, get the 2 XL. Regular extra larges was way too small.

Great product and prompt delivery. I wear these at night to minimize Neuropathy, and they work great. My wife also wears them to minimize Plantar Fasciitis. After hand washing them, I lay them on a towel outside to dry. We will buyt them again and I highly recommend them.
