Since our Pure Strike Training Discs are thin so that a good swing will hit the disc and simulate the flight of a real golf ball, and a bad swing will miss the disc.

Q: Will these help with a driver?

I've always used these things to work on my wedge game - pitching and chipping. I suppose they could help with a driver, but based on my experience I would not recommend it. Use a foam ball for your driver. You can hit those foam balls into just about anything and not cause any damage.
