Got this to take care of some bacne that happened after starting trt. I wasn't sure if the silicone would provide enough exfoliation or hold the soap but to my surprise, it lathered up good and was able to scrub/exfoliate pretty well. My only complaint at this point would be the size. I am 6' 5" and got the 35" scrubber but it is a little short for me and requires a little more arm flexibility than I would like. that however is my own fault for not buying the bigger version.Update: The handle ripped of the end after the 4th use. Will be returning.

Years ago they made a back brush similar to this but made with bristles like you find on a soft hairbrush. Now that gave you a good scrubbing. It must have harbored mold and that's probably why they took it off the market. To receive any benefit from this back strap you have to pull pretty hard so I can see why the silicone tears so easily. Hope I get my 10 bucks worth but doubt it. Made in China.

I have only had for a few days but the initial reactions are good. The 30 inch is just long enough to work with my limited reach and the silicone feels very effective at covering the whole back without the scratching sensation of a loofa strap. The silicone rinses out easily and completely. I would suggest a liquid soap of your choice as bar soap is tough to get to adhere to strap.
