I have been using the product for long. In all my toilets we have this product and have repeat purchased it. But last time the pipe rusted within a few months. And soon it started leaking. Company doesn't sell pipes separately. So I had to buy a full faucet set. Again it has started rusting. The product quality is down with kohler
