Use a natural mineral block and this stuff ONLY
This seemed to keep bring the bucks in and add to the horn growth. I had to stop putting corn out due to bears. Yep, it is for there safety. The bucks came back every night to get some salt and minerals to support there needs. That is, until I put some other stuff out that was supposed to do the same thing. They quit coming. Just put of the mineral salt lick and poor this stuff on top in a slight hole or dip in the ground.

Quality
Very good product. Put it out a couple weeks before deer season and had a lot of deer on my trail cam. After a couple weeks the effect wasn’t as great as it was when first put out but still had a few deer attracted to it and started a pattern of them checking the area.

Works great in my area! I am sure it depends on what the deer like but I am having good luck with it!

Deer Like It
Deer like Black Magic Deer Cane. It seems to be a strong attractant with its molasses and salt profile. Personally, I do not believe there is enough other minerals in this product to provide a significant amount of nutrition for deer. What I have started doing is using Black Magic Deer Cain with other minerals with higher concentrations of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, etc. The additional minerals, coupled with the attraction the deer have for the Black Magic Deer Cane, seems to me to be a more effective combination. Whether you want to use Black Magic Deer Cane as an attractant for deer or in combination with other minerals, I would recommend it. Additionally, the price here on Amazon is pretty good.

This is a great product for getting a new mineral lick area started or refreshed.

I dont know about this one
We poured it out on public land and poured some on a dead stump and hunted over it for 2 days and only seen a single doe no bucks so either we did something wrong or something or it just doesn't work
