Adapt to different connections

Small but does the job
I needed a quick connecter to extend my webcam a little further than the existing cable would allow, this little device allows me to run the USB cable over 6ft from my PC. I did notice a little framing, but that is simply because I am exceeding the physical limitations of the USB run, not the devices fault. Just be aware while you can extend your USB cable, there is a point where the resistance in the actual cable can reduce the voltage to a point it will appear as slight framing. For most devices not running audio/video there is not going to be an issue. I would buy again, I normally keep a set at home and another in my travel bag as it never fails you need something in a hotel room with a little longer cable.

repurchaseThis kit I call it because of the variety will be used sooner than later so the purchase my kit is as ano brainer for me. Hopefully you will feel the same if you try it on your next purchase and they ar reasonably priced.

Very useful
Dope accessory for my adjustable for my razor kitsune. I put a OTG cable at the lever less and plug the USB a to USB a connector. I can fast swap my 10ft USB A female with my other joy sticks, instead of unraveling the 6ft or 10dt cords

Excellent for a DIY voltage tag
My use-case is not typical, but it might benefit someone, so here goes. I wanted to connect an oscilloscope to the +5 volt pin, so I could monitor voltage dips when connecting an NVMe disk to a Raspberry Pi. I used the male-female adapter for that. I removed the aluminum shell of the adapter by grinding along the edges, then removed the rubber molding covering the PCB. Next, I soldered some copper braid connecting the sides of the connectors to add some mechanical strength. The last step was to solder some coax to the +5 volt pin, and blob on some epoxy so the coax wouldn't flex. It worked perfectly, and I was able to capture scope traces showing the voltage dips. Turns out everything works fine. The dips are not severe. And yes, there are little gadgets that can measure USB current and voltage, but they cannot show microsecond power dips, whereas a scope can. :-)

Didn't get the adapters that were advertised.
I'd be a lot happier if I got what is in the photo and description, I bought these because i was after the usb a male to usb a male adapter and it wasn't in the package I received.
