Machine needs a recall
Didn’t buy from amazon but have same problem and the Dani Serv is no hurry to fix their manufacturers error. Have Replaced our front plate 4 times in 6 years. At this rate we are making no profit!!!

caveat emptor
I have the DF-200, arguably the WORST decision that we've made since we opened our restaurant. We've had to replace the plastic front face plate 5 times in less than 2 years of ownership!Of course the company says that I am doing something wrong. We have spoken with the manufacturer and have been given a myriad of reasons as to what we're doing wrong with regards to this PLASTIC piece cracking once every 2-3 months albeit with limited use. This part should be replaced with a non-conductive piece of metal. We've already spent more than $600 in replacement parts @ $125 each plus the obligatory 30% markup for shipping. And you guessed it, this part is NOT covered by their manufacturers warranty.
