I service my treadmill 4 times a year, and this bottle is good for 1 year. There are markings on the bottle that divide it into quarters, which makes it easy to see how much is needed for each service. The included hose is also very handy for spreading the silicone evenly under the belt. Highly Recommended !

It seems to me there are several highly similar products but it was nice to be able to pick one made in the USA. Frankly, that's the reason I picked this one.Here are some tips from a first-time lubricator.(1) Avoid getting this stuff on other stuff. The attached tube, once used, makes it really easy to splatter or drip lubricant anywhere. I got some on the top side of my treadmill belt and it doesn't really come off given the rough surface of the belt and the lubricant's water resistance. Just some dots that are visually unappealing.(2) You might be surprised by how tight the belt is. When they say to "lift the belt" to lubricate underneath, I discovered I was barely able to lift it up one inch. This meant I was inserting the tube in the blind. I had to practice a little on some paper to see how the lubricant came out of the tube. You could loosen it but I was afraid of screwing up my belt because that's how I roll.(3) Try to straighten out that tube as much as possible before you pass any lubricant through it. You are going to need to insert it under your belt so the straighter the tube, the better. I doubt you can get it straight but get as close as possible. Be careful not to detach it from the red top. I wish it was straighter, like in a bigger box. Update: COOL MAX in a comment below suggested you put the tube through a metal straw to straighten out the middle. Great idea! See comment below and photos.(4) Have a few rags handy, one slightly damp, to clean up. You'll need one to wipe down the side of the belt when you are done. The others may just come in handy. I suggest having one laid out so you can put the bottle on it and anything that drips from the tube falls on the rag. Don't use paper towels unless you like lint attached to the belt.I wish I knew those things before I did this. Hope that helps you avoid some of my mistakes.SIZE: I'm all about knowing the size of many of the products I buy so I try to add that information to any relevant product review I post. The photos I have included give you a clear sense of the package. The bottle does fill up the box so there's no funny business. It was smaller than I expected BUT I think it is acceptable. If you follow the directions, there are 4 treatments in the one bottle. I'm going to get three because I used extra during my learning process.

Easy to use and works quickly to lubricate the treadmill belt. It can get messy if you’re not careful.

Working fine on my Sole F63. I can tell when I add the lube under the belt, smooths down, and quietens a little bit. make your treadmill happy, or at least more content, and buy a bottle!
