This power cord was exactly what I needed to replace my original Hatch Baby Rest cable. It fits perfectly, works flawlessly, and charges without any issues. I’m so glad I read the comments and bought this before replacing my whole sound machine! My prior cord was so positional, it would only turn on the sound machine in a certain position after a while, it just became difficult to find that sweet spot for the cord to work. So glad that that’s a problem of the past now!

I bought this cord because my son decided he was going to take pliers to the original hatch cord, and we needed a replacement. I was hopeful based on other reviews. Well this cord does not work. It fits perfectly into our hatch, however, the hatch flickers, the presets do not work, and the time is often not correct on the hatch. It appears there is only intermittent power running through the cord, and it makes the hatch unusable. We have another hatch in the house, and I used that cord to make sure my son's hatch was actually still working, and it indeed worked perfectly. Spend the extra $2 and get an actual Hatch brand replacement cord.

So thankful for this, our hatch has been used and abused by our 3 toddlers, this was a perfect replacement without buying another hatch !!
