Great chalk… the best I have used so far. It has very good coverage and layers on thick; plus it does not cause any skin irritation, like some other have.

This is my first time trying chalk for power lifting so I don't have anything else to compare it to but it works very well. I was frustrated when my grip was slipping and was blocking me from being able to lift what I knew I could. I didn't want to rely on straps either so I tried chalk. Glad I did!! This stuff stays on well and I don't even notice my grip anymore. If I'm doing 3 sets, I'm good-but if it's 4-5 then I usually add more chalk to my hands. The only bummer is you have to screw the cap off to get chalk because it crusts over. About to buy my second container of it as the first one lasted just under a year.

I had always used the old school chalk, and was even a member at a gym that had a tray just for it, but when I became I member at a new gym and shortly after 'banned' traditional chalk, I was looking for a solution. I mean, I get it, old school chalk makes a mess, and the crew at my gym does a great job of keeping the place clean, so I understand. Anyways, decided to give the liquid chalk a try, and honestly, I love it. I think I like it better then the old traditional chalk. Gets you a nice thick even coat across your whole hands, and gives a tremendous grip. I dont think I'd go back to the old chalk even if I had a option!

Recently decided to make the switch from blocks of chalk to liquid chalk. I have only used one other liquid chalk before. This product is good. I am not sure how one would rave about a product such as chalk- but it does the job. The only two things I wish were different were if it was a little larger and it didnt crust up on the top; to make it easier to get a decent amount of chalk out. However no fault of the product, I DID purchase a small amount to test it first, and science will cause this product to crust. I like that I can clip it to my gym pack and go.

What can you say, it makes your hands sticky. This allows you to lift more. It's also fun to blow on it and watch it dry. Does not make a mess.

My daughter needed her own personal chalk to bring to acrobatic gymnastics practice during the pandemic. SPORTMEDIQ Pro Grade Liquid Chalk works great and is an easy fit in her bag. She is young and I was afraid it would be messy but she can handle squeezing the chalk out of this small container easily. It dries quickly on her hands and then it feels like regular chalk except it sticks to the hands better. The only problem is that it took a little long to get here.

I bought this for the kids to use during ninja class. It sweated off my oldest pretty quickly and also flaked. They didn't get any bisters, but we used a lot of the product just for 1 class.
