I couldn’t tell if I had something stuck or a hose leak somewhere, but I didn’t feel like hauling the vacuum to a Miele repair shop as my last visit there for something basic led to my vacuum getting all scratched up and a large bill. I’ve owned the vacuum for several years, so figured it couldn’t hurt to get a whole new hose. Having one attached to a new handle was even better as taking that apart/reattaching is a pain. And mine had lost paint sliding against walls. So, now my vacuum looks and functions like new! I’m so happy.

Perfect replacement for a Meile vacuum cleaner hose. Over the years, the wire in the handle broke, and the powered head no longer functioned—perfect, easy way to fix.

The box arrived slightly damaged but the hose was ok. The true test happened when I attached it and it worked GREAT!

I inadvertently vacuumed up a drawer pull that became lodged in the handle of my Miele canister vac system. The object could not be reached with a tool nor be pulled through by suction, rendering my vacuum useless. I was quickly able to find a replacement hose (same as the original) on Amazon and had it delivered within 10 days. Even though the Miele system is a bit expensive, it’s still going strong after 11 years of weekly use.

Purchased a Miele S8 Cat & Dog vacuum back in 2013. It's been cleaning up after both ever since. Suddenly, no power to the power brush. I took both the head and the hose ends apart but couldn't find anything wrong. I cleaned and reassembled everything, but no luck. We also have the mini power brush, and that didn't work either, so I took a chance on the hose. The new hose is OEM and fits and operates perfectly. All good as new.
