AutoLink AL619 OBD2 Scanner, ABS SRS Warning Light Diagnostic Tool

Good price for a scanner that can do everything this one does. Happy with my purchase and would recommend it if you need a decent scanner without too many bells and whistles.

Very easy to set up and sooooo user friendly. Diagnosed a long recurring issue with my ABS system. Just plug it in to the vehicle OBDII system and it powers up immediately. Please do the setup of the device and read enclosed instructions and you should have no problem using it. Highly recommend this product.

Used it on multiple different vehicles now, has worked flawlessly and done everything i need.

I bought this hoping to reset an airbag light that came on when the battery went flat in a 2007 Porsche 911. It did not detect the error and therefore could not reset it. Since then I have had other errors and cleared the codes including the P0021/22 codes. I think it’s good for general stuff but didn’t do everything I needed it to. The airbag light is still on. Maybe that’s more to do with the car - unclear. I have other cars so kept the unit in case I needed other functions again. Everything else is good and solid

This scanner is very useful for diagnosing car issues. It reads ABS and airbag codes, which many basic scanners don’t. The interface is user-friendly, and it provides clear information quickly.

Terrible product. Doesn't support 2025 vehicles like it says it does. When I reached out to support they told me it required an update. So I plug on the supplied data cable to update it. WRONG! This device doesnt support updates via data cables, you need a MicroSD card reader to update it so I had to purchase one. Finally get to card reader to boot the card and the update software shows its up to date and no update is necessary. For my vehcile it only shows up to 2017 so very misleading. Entire process was absolutely a waste of time.

my previous older model VAGCOM autel went longer than 10 years use, but burned out an internal tantalum capacitor during use around hot summer weather. Early symptoms are no communications. In the future, probably not hold Autel on lap while use which would trap heat, or hold near A/C vents during hot days. The board in the casing doesn't have much space, so you can feel the heat on the backside if it is hot. Upon replacing the tantalum capacitor, the old Autel works with the PC but not on a vehicle. There is no tech support or documentation available. Anyways, on this 619 Autel(Made In China) the tech support has email as first contact, this seller is third party not authorized Autel. No manual is provided but the 629 from the Autel site is available for download. the official autel support may reply with prepared scripts or you can get amazing support guidance. this 619 is not available on the autel official site. download release notes are not provided from China where they are made. The best feature ever, is that I was able to use it right out of the box just like the old one I replaced, with no need to connect/log in to cloud storage/app like some of the competing bluetooth OBD products out there.

I purchased the Autel AL619 scanner because it has SRS scanning capabilities which decodes the Airbag Inflation system, unlike most of your typical OBDII scanners. For the same price it would have cost me to have a mechanic run their own scanner to diagnose my problem, I purchased my own scanner and quickly diagnosed a faulty airbag seat position sensor under my driver seat setting off my service airbag light. The scanner is fairly simple to use assuming it works for your vehicle. Make sure to verify its compatible before purchasing as I'm aware some newer vehicles do not work. As for the "Service Airbag" light on my 2012 Silverado 1500, this tool pinpointed the exact source of my problem and had it fixed within minutes! Very pleased with my purchase and a quality addition to my garage workshop. UPDATE!!! I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 due to the amount of battery consumption this scanner uses. Less than 5 minutes of scanning completely drained two perfectly good truck batteries to the point the dome lights wouldn't even turn on. This happened on two different trucks within just minutes. I don't know if it's a defective unit, but I must now keep the vehicle running in order to use it. Besides the battery draining issue, the scanner works well for my needs.
