I purchased this heat lamp and it’s been a game changer for muscle tension and joint pain and also my ear infection. This is the second one I've purchased, the first one didn't work. Amazon refunded me. This one works well and helps with aches and pains, the only drawback it does not come with a switch, so you have to plug it into a socket, so if the socket is close to you it's ok. Does get hot, so handle it by the base.
