Are these easy to get back off the cords?

They are similar to most "sticky" labels and fairly easy to remove from the backing. Don't loose the pen. they are reasonably hold to the wire they are rapped on. Not perfect but a very reasonable. If you have a lazier printer even better.

Can I use these in an inkjet printer?

Hello, it can't be used in an ink printer, ink can't quickly penetrate the label.
