So far so good. I just tried it once but was so impressed with food quality and easieness of use that I bought another one as a gift the next day. I don't know about after sale support and the such but I hope to not need it.

The inside pot was scratched, disappointing

Wat een fantastisch product is dit. Het enige probleem was, dat er een Engelse stekker aan zat. Ik moest dus een andere stekker kopen, zodat ik de crockpot kon gebruiken. Heerlijke gerechten al mee gemaakt en de smaak komt veel meer tot zijn recht, dan in een normale pan. Ik zeg kopen dit fantastische product!

Terrible as was not a Crockpot brand. Had to get a refund and additionally pay for transport for return.

Nergens in de productomschrijving staat dat het een Amerikaanse stekker heeft. In Nederland onbruikbaar. Helaas artikel weer retour moeten sturen.

An excellent gadget. I purchased it in December 2019 and it's still going strong to this day. 4th October 2025. I use it on an almost daily basis. All the features are excellent. Especially the pressure cooker, saute and slow cooker functions. As I speak, it is slow cooking on low, a butterflied, boneless leg of lamb in thick gravy with a bouquet garni sachet to add to the flavour. It is the most versatile cooking equipment that I have ever owned. Almost daily use for 6 years bears testament to this wonderful gadget. I have never had to replace any seals pots or parts. I highly recommend it.
