These are the BEST bbq potato chips ever, and I’ve tried a lot. Sweet heat, perfect flavor, crispy and salty.

Since Cape Cod discontinued their jalapeno infused kettle chips I have been looking for a suitable replacement. They were by far hands down the best jalapeno chips I've ever had. So I was very disappointed when they discontinued them. I have tried many other jalapeno chips and most simply use other spices to try and mimic a jalapeno flavor and give it a little bit of heat and almost all of them fail miserably. The closest I have found was Deep River's jalapeno kettle chips. I believe though I have found a new winner. These chips are so darn close to Cape Cod's. They have a delicious jalapeno flavor and more importantly they have heat which so many products are afraid to deliver for some reason. I am so happy I found these and I shall be buying more.

I have tried 5 brand of "Jalapeno" flavored chip. ONLY one tastes like it has true jalapeno flavoring. M*s V's. ALL of the others just have different levels of "hot" spice. If I wanted something just spicy I would get "Flammin Hot" from other chip makers. I want to taste the jalapeno flavor. The reason I give these the worst of 5 is that the chips are all broken and crushed, no piece bigger than a 50 cent piece.

Absolutely love this popcorn! This is my 3rd order as it goes fast. I wish they had larger bags though, as 24 90oz bags don't seem to last very long. It has a great flavor and is always fresh! Hal's makes great snacks. 👍
