This label printer is very good and very easy to install.

PROS: It works great! (see the video attached for a sample print). It's compatible with roll or fanfold thermal labels, (I use a roll label as its more convenient, since no label holder is needed that way & it fits a whole 400 piece label roll inside - see picture). This thermal printer is easy to set up took me 10 minutes, I followed the instructions included and referred to thier YouTube video, used the given USB to downlaod the printer drivers and setup was successful (I have a PC). Tested it with UPS, Canada Post & Amazon and worked perfectly so far. No smudges, smears, excess darkness or other printing issues. Excellent quality for the price, definitely affordable compared to other thermal printers. Came with 10 free labels & cleaning wipes for maintenance.CONS: It's a little loud while printing (wasn't expecting this but, not a huge issue).Overall I would highly recommend this Phomemo thermal printer to others 👍**UPDATE August 2022: I've now had this printer for over 1 year now, I use it daily, I've cleaned it only once, dropped it twice 😜 and it's still going strong!P.S. Very good for small businesses that need to print the label. The installation was easy for me. In the manual there is a link that refers you to a step-by-step video on how to install it, if you follow those steps without skipping any it will be very easy. The video ends by printing a first example label, in my case, it printed many labels with numbers and letters as if they were keys. I simply turned the printer off and unplugged the USB cable, waited a minute and plugged it in again and that's it, perfect print.

Let me add my note to the difficulty in setting this up with Stamps.com. I finally did a search for the name of this printer and stamps.com and ran across the other review here. I wish I had seen it sooner. I was on the phone with tech support at Stamps.com for 2 hours and spent an hour plus on my own. It would not print. Now it works like a charm after finding that Stamps.com had a 9/2022 page on the setup for this printer. The printer is good.... but the waste of time was absurd. THANK YOU for the other instructive review posted for this. Using that and the stamps.com page (which tech support did not know about and did not find out about for nearly 2 hours, it took me 15 minutes to install the printer.

Ok, I am NOT a computer person. I was going to get my boyfriend to set this up for me, but I was really excited and couldn't wait.I have an etsy shop and I was tired of wasting paper printing on my canon (2 labels per page... Lots of wasted space).Connect printer to an outlet. Connect printer to pc with USB cable. Insert USB thumb drive, open it and click on the second step/folder. It was 2.PM 201 Printer Driver for meI did this while watching their Getting Started Video (first folder in thumb drive).Make sure to select shipping label size if you are using etsy. I purchased a roll of 6 x 4 shipping labels and they work great. Idk how to use the folding labels that come in a stack, so rolls are easier for me.
