I'm no personal trainer but I do use various methods to keep an eye on my weight, fat, water intake and exercise. In addition to my FitBit and RunKeeper app, I am on my second Tanita scale because I love how it gives you weight, fat and water intake. Our first Tanita scale lasted well over a decade and so I was happy to find that I could order the same exact model. Two users can save their data on it. Good luck!

Can the body fat feature be turned off for one person but not the other in the duo units? i have an aicd unit.
