These are great, freeze quickly but are flexible which perfect for a joint, knee in my case. Good value for money.

Bought for when me & husband's arthritis plays up. Can be put in the freezer & used (wrapped in a tea towel) as cool packs or heated up & used as heat pads. Really do the job & I keep one in the freezer at all times so that we have one ready for use. They've also come in useful in this recent extreme heat as they are very cooling. You need to wrap them in something to avoid injury with the cold as they do get VERY cold. They stay flexible when frozen so easy to wrap around an injured or painful joint. I also find them good (again wrapped in a towel) to put on my forehead when I have a migraine.

I bought the larger gel packs some years ago, which tend to solidify, which I like as they stay cooler longer. The smaller versions remain soft and pliable and are great for applying to and moulding around limbs for short periods.

Very handy to keep in the fridge for emergencies

I have used these both hot and cold and they work well.

First time using ice gel packs and didn’t see the caution at the back thus experiencing my first ever ever ice burn and now facing the consequences and healing from that!But other than that, product is good just wish it said at the front and in red caution. Sometimes when you’re in pain, you forget to read every single line and just want to soothe.Not the brand fault but my own, but a suggestion to perhaps have it as part of the description even for the product or like on the actual image *MUST NOT PUT ON SKIN DIRECTLY* 🥹.

Love the convenience of having these in the freezer for if the kids fall over and the gel form makes for ability to wrap around any part of the body

Mutli-use hot or cold gel packs. Use regularly and still perfect.
