Just swallow the capsules and you are going to get a nice pea sized dose of royal jelly. It also keeps much better than actual royal jelly as you can keep it on a dark shelf versus having to store fresh royal jelly in a cold refrigerator, especially after being opened. The price is very competitive and you can open the capsules and use the ingredients for do it at home face masks. I found a stunned solitary bee and tried to keep it in a safe place until it was no longer stunned. Unfortunately I was out of fresh honey and it was getting late. Using chilled now un-chlorinated water I was able to mix one Caryle capsule, warm the mixture to room temperature, and leave it near the bee outside.
