It actually works and is very helpful!
This is very helpful for a loved one in a wheelchair over the sink. It inflates to support the neck and wash just sIdea down the back similar to a sliding board without soaking anyone. In my opinion,@ very good product for $6.39. Would highly recommend!

Serves its purpose
Works well. Makes washing my daughter’s hair much easier. I also dye my sisters hair a lot so it is much easier for us to use this than for her to have to jump in the shower. It definitely keeps our area cleaner and prevents a mess.

Complete Junk! Read Review!
I bought this so I could wash some of my wheelchair/bed bound patients hair. Well, first off, unless you have a child size neck, it will not fit. It's also extremely flimsy and with just a little bit of water flowing, it folds in and will soak you. I was just wanting to do something nice to make her feel good about herself and ended up soaking her entire shirt and chair. I definitely do not recommend buying this junk! If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would!

I found it helpful
I use this to help direct water into a bathtub while washing family members hair. I place a chair with it's back to the side of the tub, they sit, I wrap a towel around their neck, then place this 3/4 blown up around their neck. The velcro is too tight over a towel, which is needed, so ***I use dollar tree velcro strips to extend the fasteners. *** The back part bends when 3/4 blown up, so puts less pressure on the neck, but still keeps water directed into the tub. ****I use this with the KEDSUM Portable Camping Shower (it's shower hose with a recirculating device on the bottom and a small shower head on top or a head like the sink spray). It gives me more time with hot water, and I have a 5 gal. i keep clean water in for the last rinse. This is easier than trying to wash her hair in the tub because she can keep her clothes on longer to stay warmer. It's a win for me, so I recommend it.
