The perfect beach blanket! I recently purchased this for a trip to Amelia Island in Florida. It did exactly what it was supposed to. Waterproof and sandproof! It even held up in the heat really well. The sand got super hot, but the blanket didn't. Thouroghly pleased! Easy to pack back up, and super light and compact.

This was great for our beach vacation. It was large enough for our family of 4, and the water and sand came off easily with a quick shake. The stakes held the blanket down with no issues even on very windy days! It is so much easier than putting out a bunch of towels that hold water and sand and blow away. It folds up small and is easy to take to and from the beach. Super easy to clean and store now that our trip is finished. Would definitely recommend.

This is actually my fourth one—I’ve kept two for ourselves and gifted the other two to friends. We were unexpectedly caught in a downpour in Florida, and I needed to cover two mobility scooters quickly. I grabbed the WEKAPO blanket, threw it over the scooters, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly! They stayed completely safe and dry, which was far beyond its intended use. This is a great beach blanket, very well designed. Really lightweight, durable, quick drying, easy to use, packs very small. Stakes are included, but we never use them since the corner pockets filled with sand are sufficient to hold the blanket in place. Folding instructions are also provided, but you can just stuff quickly the blanket into the attached pouch, and the overall fine wrinkles are not an issue -- the blanket still looks very nice. The blanket is very thin, so there's no extra "padding" (this is what keeps it super lightweight and quick drying), but it works great on soft sand, so it's perfect for our use. (This is the first one I've bought, but we've used my son's for years.)

We use this constantly for kids sports. I do wish I would have got the smaller size because it's really big. I love the hooks that hold it in the ground. There's also pockets to use sand to weight it down. I was expecting the material to be a little different, it feels like a windbreaker, but it cleans really nicely.

Enough said. It was quick, easy, big and awesome! The 3 person fit 5 of us. It’s light, and folds up small. We used it on wet grass and didn’t get wet! It was awesome. Buying extras for presents.

This blanket is fantastic! So tired of lugging heavier blankets (that oftentimes end up wet and covered in sand). This lightweight/compact blanket is perfect for keeping us cool while laying on the hot sand, it releases sand and quickly dries, it is easy to wash and pack back into its pocket cover, making it a fabulous addition to our beach trip stash. Highly recommend!

First off, this thing is HUGE! I love that the side pockets fill with sand to keep from flying away and how easy it is to stuff back in and put away.. Its definitley machine wash safe (use cool water to prevent the material from getting messed up) and it doesn't get that wet towel smell if being used multiple times during a trip.. It's been camping and beaching LOL.. Would buy again when this one needs to be replaced.

Blanket is large with pins at the end which are great for securing it into the sand. The downside is that the material is essentially plastic and stains very easily. Got a drop of sunscreen on the product and now there is a very noticeable stain permanently. The waterproofing also means that the water sits on top, so you need an additional towel to soak it up or else it says in small puddles in top.
