I don’t remember. But there are directions that come with it.

Q: How long after applying is it safe to be in the water/shower/sweating outside?

As soon as you apply them you can go outside. In water or shower they will start to roll up and fade away.

Q: Does these have any skin effects?

It didn’t on my teenager and she has somewhat sensitive skin.

Q: How do you apply the tatoo?

They are very easy to apply. Cut out the tattoo of your choice. Peel off the clear film. Get a washcloth wet with warm water and wring out Place the tattoo in place and cover with the warm washcloth. Hold for about 30 to 60 seconds. They last me about a week.
