Is there free return on this lamp if damaged or non functional?

I really don't know what the return policy is on these lamps. You would have to check with Amazon. However, I will tell you that the shades do not travel well; one was slightly bent. The other had some damage at the top which I was able to repair. The lamps are on the cheap side. I have them in a guest bedroom; I would not buy them for the living room or a room where they will get a lot of use, like a child's room.

Is there anywhere to get a replacement lamp shade? Had crummy movers and my shade was broken would love to replace it.

i would try to get a hold of collections etc. limited directly.the lampshade is unique probably limited to there patten for a few years.

How tall is thr lamp?

It's only about 6 inches- really small. Our lampshade melted one evening after it had been on for a few hours . It's cute but not a quality piece
