Rope stopped counting jumps. every time i start jumping, it beeps and keeps resetting. how do i fix this issues?

I'm sorry to give you a bad experience. The battery of the rope should be dead. You can replace the battery of the rope. If there is no battery, I can mail you a jump rope again.

Why is the word labels “timer, weight, calorie and circles” written in chinese and not english as shown in the pictures? also my package arrived damp.
