Large Memory Box For Keepsakes - Decorative Boxes With Hinged Lids, Pink Wooden Storage Box

Bought to store keepsakes. Cards and other things from my wife and kids. Box feels good to the touch inside the wood is smooth with nothkng to get snagged or cut by. The hinges feel goos as well as the latch. Was packaged nicly only bad points is the damage it got before being shipped you can see in pictures. Nothing major nor able to affect usability but to some can be a inconvenience.

Now that I’ve had the box for about a month, there are a few issues. It’s extremely difficult to close the latch on the box. I have to lean on top of it to do so. But even after I latch it, the light wood underneath shows through around the edges.

I use this box to store a chess set with 4.8 inch kings and extra queens. Roomy enough to store all pieces standing up. Compare the price of this box to the price of a storage box from a chess sales website and this box is less than half their price even after all their discounts for anything comparable. It's perfect. I love it.

We used this to put my brothers ashes in after the funeral .

The box is very roomy, and sturdy. It is a beautiful true pink color and very nicely detailed with the hinges and lock. I know I am going to treasure my big beautiful pink box.

The boxes, wood and hardware are exactly as advertised. My only disappointment was the deep scratch that goes the entire length of one of the box tops.
