This is my FAVORITE now find in household staples. This saves me significant time and money on tomato paste and sauce products. Taste is great and remains fresh with the help of oxygen absorbers. Great buy.

Perfect product. It tastes great, can be stored practically forever. I scoop mine into a smaller container so I can leave the main bit sealed up, but moisture and oxygen will still get in, if you plan on using it slowly, pick up some extra moisture and oxygen packs (food grade!) and you'll be a happy camper.

I now use this powder in place of canned tomato sauce and paste. I also use it to thicken sauces and when we make homemade spaghetti sauce and salsa. It is amazing. I will be trying some of their recipes too! One can is enough to last us for a whole year and we make at least 50 pints of spaghetti sauce and salsa. You have lots of control on how thick of a sauce you make and it blends very smoothly with water. It is now a staple in my pantry!

This tomato powder is so versital and so easy to work with. The taste if great in whatever I'm making. Easy to dress up a meal when you just need a little bit of tomato flavor. Love it!
