Excellent!! We were in Europe recently and saw that a friend of ours had one in her home. We had never heard of these or had seen these had we not gone to her home. Great buy! Works great!!

These are flimsy pieces of garbage that do not work. DO NOT BUY THESE. They consist of two pieces that join in the middle, but they do not hold together against gravity and after a short amount of time, they start to sag.

Living in a small space this deflector affords more comfort and disallows the unit to blow directly on us.

Not the best. The measurements are not accurate. It's smaller than what I measured. So, it's not as sturdy as it should be, because its stretched beyond what its meant to be. But it does work to direct the air where we want it. Fortunately, the sticky pads on the ends are strong even though they are strained inward. I returned the first one because it was too small, checked my measurements and ordered this one with the exact same results. So, we're keeping it for lack of a better choice.

What I like: it works. My chair is directly in front of a mini-split AC unit. This allows me to sit in the chair and run the AC too. Wife would say, "I'm hot. Turn on the AC". I reply, "OK, but we have to change seats" What I dislike: Installation is very hard - especially if a side of the AC unit is near a wall. Mine was 3 inches from a wall. This means that it is very hard to see where you are placing the sticky pads which need to be not only in the right spot, but at the perfect angle. There are 3 parts to this gadget: The sticky pads, the arms that hold the baffle, and the baffle. If this were designed so that the arms could rotate up and down, it wouldn't be so critical that the pads were oriented in just the right direction. The arms slide into the bracket in the pads in only one direction. Fortunately, they send you one extra sticky pad in case you mess it up the first time. I tried really hard to get the pads on right the first time, but one of them was rotated 90 degrees from the correct orientation. So you get to make one booboo. Not two. Peeling off a misplaced pad is very difficult but it can be done with pliers and a knife and some determination. They are VERY sticky. Would I recommend this? Well, I suggest you look for one that not only lets you adjust the angle of the baffle, but also lets you rotate the arms up and down. Oh yeah, and it would be better if the arms would detach from the baffle. It does with a screwdriver, but it should have a snap-disconnect.

A little flimsy but worked

I have a small office with a similar a/c unit but was always either hot or cold because of the way the air hit me. I came across this attachment and it has made my whole world better. It literally just has stickers that you stick onto the sides but is lightweight enough to hold up. It was a really simple and inexpensive solution to my problem.

It’s very cheaply made and didn’t fit the size of my split AC.
