Powder mixes well in water. I got grape and it tastes like grape kool aid. The ingredients are similar to C4 ultimate (minus teacrine). I prefer drinking this to C4. (TLDR in last paragraph) Had bucked up's normal stim pre for a while. Decided to get a more intense pre workout and decided with this. This flavor was great, no downsides to it! During my workouts my energy was very good along with the fact that I got a GREAT pump afterwards. One downside for me though was that I tend to feel bloated when I take pre during my lift, but that is how I am for almost all pre workouts, still yet to find one that does not make me feel that way.
